This roleplay is a sequel to the Steven Universe and is not canon to what will happen in the show.
6000 years prior to this rp, the Homeworld discovered Gem life still remained on Earth, due to the efforts of Peridot. The Earthlings looked to the sky in fear as a giant hand came down pointing at them. They would later find out that these were gems coming from Homeworld to come collect information. After an epic battle and song Garnet defeated the gems and sent them packing, allowing the Earth to rejoice. This celebration however, did not last.
After several months, Homeworld became suspicious as to why the ship had not returned from Earth yet. The Diamonds gathered and came to the conclusion that their ship was attacked. Taking this as an act of war, Yellow Diamond, top General of Homeworld, sent 100 Gem warships towards Earth, each filled with about 60 gems prepped for battle. Their mission was simple: Subdue the Earth's resistance.
One day Steven looked to the sky, and saw in the distance what seemed to be a hand. One. Two. Four. Ten. They kept coming, and it was then that Steven realized this was not good at all. He went to alert the Gems but before he could make it a stray beam was shot from one of the handa, piercing Steven's gemstone. Pearl saw this and looked to the sky, devastated as she saw the events unfolding before her. Beams were raining down from the sky, obliterating everything around. Soon the US army would take to the skies, a pointless effort. Gems hopped out of the hand in drones each on another gem which took forms of multiple flying creatures. After hours of air raids, the Gems landed and began slaughtering Humans one by one until the Crystal Gems began to fight back. Under normal circumstances, the Crystal Gems would wipe the floor, but after loosing Steven the trio was devastated. They made careless mistakes in battle, causing each one to fall before even meeting Yellow Diamond.
Yellow diamond got the report of the death of the Crystal Gems, which gave her much glee. She flew down from her giant warship and offered the people of Earth an ultimatum. "Give up or Stand down." There wasn't really much of a choice in that statement if any at all but regardless, the people of Earth stood down and submitted to the Homeworld. Yellow Diamond ruled the Earth for homeworld for about with a cruel iron fist. You couldn't take a step away from your job without being smacked across the face, and when they did that they would usually kill you too. The Kindergarten was back in full effect as well. This continued for 6000 years until the appearance of a new Diamond.
One day there was an accident with one of the kindergarten machines. A gem it was never supposed to produce was a Quartz or Diamond gem but for whatever reason on March 24th 8019 a red diamond was made. Some say the machine was tampered with with a rebel gem organization. Others say it was an act of God. Regardless, a hero was born that day. Born into slavery and because of his color he was nicknamed "Blood" Diamond. He was very husky and had no hair. His powers were unknown but whenever he got angry, a bright red would flash in his eyes, and he got angry a lot. After years of brutality, Blood decided he had enough, and killed one of the gem slavers with one blow, the start of a war.
Blood lead humans, gems, and gem-humans alike as the leader of a now lost group called STAR. Together they raided the bases of Yellow Diamond with successful guerrilla tactics, and when all else had failed, Blood would be there to smash things up. This began to frustrate Yellow, who was dumbfounded that a whole army couldn't handle one gem, proving he was a diamond. She reported this to Blue Diamond, who told her to wait for reinforcements, which she would've done if only Blood didn't start calling her out. Yellow loves a good fight. Yellow put Jasper, her second in command, in charge of communications as she goes and handles Blood personally.
Blood knew he couldn't take on Yellow, but he also knew he didn't have to. He, along with the humans, set up an ambush for Yellow. The minute she got there, all the best gems and humans, armed with destabilizers, would come at her one by one. None of those hits would land but at some point it would give Blood an opening to do his one punch tactic. Yellow approached Blood fully prepared for any surprise attack since this wasn't her first rodeo. After exchanging some insults, Yellow and Blood fought for what seemed to be hours. It was a one sided battle, as it was clear that Yellow was the superior. Regardless, Blood was able to land some solid hits, and it was on the last one the plan came to fruition. Yellow, who let her guard down, was taken aback when humans and gems came from under the ground and piled on her. She naturally fought all of them off but for just a split second she left her gem wide open, like they had planned. Blood charged and gave a punch that shattered Yellows gem across the city. The sound of the impact could be heard from miles away. It wasn't long after that you could see ships flying away from the Earth, signifying victory.
Earth went into an era of peace and love under the leadership of Blood and his cabinet. This didn't last. 50 years after these events a discrimination incident was reported in which humans began to segregate and attack gem-humans and gems alike. Blood, outraged by this, stepped down from his position and disappeared no where to be seen. The people of Earth panicked, and chaos was swept throughout the globe. Earth feared that Homeworld would catch news of this and launch an attack on Earth once more. Through all the confusion, four groups rose and took their place in this world.
