Jeff is an individual who for a human could be considered a workaholic. Well more than that actually, because Jeff will constantly push himself to excel at whatever project he is working on. Sometimes he will not even allow himself to stop until he burns himself out or completes the project whatever happens to come first.  Jeff's also an individual who can constantly be seen with either a notepad full of blueprint paper or a tablet in his hand.  Most of the time, Jeff's distant and aloof. But when he considers someone worthy of his friendship he will go out of his way to befriend them. Hurting people he considers worthy of his friendship is a bad thing if you value not getting attacked.  Beneath his normal aloof and distant exterior, Jeff constantly suppresses high amounts of rage. Sometimes this rage is directed at himself when he fails to complete an invention. 

Jeff also believes that the Gems, well some of the more corrupted ones need to be served with a notice of eviction from Earth. Presently he's unsure about those who hold powers because he doesn't possess any means of protecting himself without cold hard science to back him up.   Jeff also knows that he will need to put together a group of sorts to help him protect the Earth and the subsequent planets that have been subjugated by the Gems.  Jeff also is constantly attempting to control his temper because he prefers to avoid letting it surge if at all possible.  Jeff also loves mechanical engineering as well as robotics, chemistry and sciences.

History:

Born in a human enclave shortly after the Humans segregated away after being rescued by Blood Diamond, Jeff was raised by a Father who was one of the leading researchers of science and gadgetry. His mother however had been killed by a Corrupted Gem, slaughtered right in front of his face.  This happened when Jeff was merely seven years of age. Aggravated at the brutality possessed by the Gems who were corrupted Jeff resolved in his heart to do something about those Gemstones.  To that end he started to obsess over his studies.  Science was studied by him including robotics, and engineering. Quantum Physics, and various kinds of alternative energy were studied by him.  Jeff knew that he had a lot of work to do if he was going to do something about a problem Earth possessed, namely it's lack of technology that could hurt the Gems. Sure, Nukes could work but there would be too much collateral damage. 

Jeff's studies continued. By the age of twelve he had already become as smart as several human science pioneers like Albert Einstein.  But Jeff had no intention of his work being merely theoretical and so created a weapon for himself that he wouldn't need to rebuild. Using his knowledge of Engineering, he was able to create a Hard Light Blade. This blade, the first of it's kind was his first mechanical creation thus far. With the blade made,  Jeff knew he had a chance.  But still it would not be enough for him to merely have a hard light blade.  With his blade recently completed, Jeff's presently looking for somewhere to build a base of operations that he can live in as he's mostly migrating.  Presently he's settled in Beach City for a time.

Hard Light Saber: A hilt that looks like a katana. This projects a blade made out of hard light that is self re-forging. What this means is that Jeff doesn't need to constantly waste the time to build another of these devices.   Presently it's his signature weapon.  Later on, Jeff will be modifying the blade heavily.
